------請用我們的詩篇與歌聲，推動所有人的自由
電影中，兩人在緬甸仰光家中。
從十二世紀僧侶雨果的美麗詩篇，
到搖滾樂團U2的歌曲Walk On，
那是艾里斯與翁山蘇姬倆人，美麗身影的最佳寫照。
一、僧侶雨果的美麗詩篇
It is therefore, a source of great virtue for the practiced mind to learn, bit by bit, first to change about in visible and transitory things, so that afterwards it may be able to leave them behind altogether.
The person who finds his homeland sweet is still a tender beginner; he to whom every soil is as his native one is already strong; but he is perfect to whom the entire world is as a foreign place. The tender soul has fixed his love on one spot in the world; the strong human has extended his love to all places; the perfect person extinguished his.
對一位實踐者的心靈來說，成就德性的開始，首先要學習一點一滴的、努力改變可見且變動的事物；在經歷如此鍛鍊過程之後，才能在最後將這些一起拋諸腦後。
一個人若覺其故鄉是甜蜜的，那他仍舊只是一個纖弱的初學者罷了；而當他認為每一寸土地都是其故土時，則可算是強者；但當他將整個世界視為異域他鄉，則應就是完人了。纖弱的靈魂只將他的愛固著在世界的某一個點上；強者則將他的愛擴充到全世界；但完人最終卻止熄了他所有的愛。

Sensei,受了你的提示和刺激，我也跟著玩了一下ー翻了一下，才真正感 受到U2的心意，很感動，很歡喜。 你拿雨果的“詩篇”跟這對照，真是神來之筆。必定會是一篇好論文！
U2在2009年的專輯 No Line On the Horizon， 從頭到尾，是以一種「迂迴寓意」的方式， 呈現今天巴勒斯坦人的困境。 第九首White As Snow蒼涼無比， 而最後一首簡直就是在說薩依德。 而關於翁山蘇姬，這幾天對比其 1988年8月26日在仰光大金寺的演說，與 2012年6月16日在挪威奧斯陸的致詞， 將近24年了， 翁山蘇姬為我們再次證明 人是可以這麼活著的。
